Compare Amenities on Your Mobile Bus
A Sprinter limo or mid-size party bus is the right call for a celebration night on Dauphin Street — those vehicles typically come with wraparound perimeter seating, color-changing LED lighting, a full-length bar, flat-panel TVs, and Bluetooth sound. A minibus covers corporate shuttles, wedding guest transfers, and school field trips well, with reclining seats, climate control, and overhead storage. For large group moves — Mardi Gras weekend in Mobile, a convention at the Mobile Convention Center, or a road trip to New Orleans — a charter bus with undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms is the clear fit.

Get Mobile Party Bus Prices Online

A charter bus for a large group typically falls in the $200–$350/hour range either way. Those are planning ranges — your actual quote moves with the date, the vehicle, the hours, and demand during peak periods like Mardi Gras and Azalea Trail Festival week.

Compare & Find the Right Party Bus in Mobile
The old way to find a party bus in Mobile: search around, call a company, describe your trip, wait on a callback, realize they don't have what you need, and start over. Partybusneworleansla.com replaces all of that. One form, one call — and you're comparing real vehicles and real rates from companies serving Mobile right now. No account required.
No obligation. A quote in under a minute any time you call.
Because this is a comparison website and not a single bus company, you're never limited to one fleet. If your group needs a 20-passenger party bus for a Mardi Gras krewe night on Dauphin Street, a minibus shuttle for a corporate meeting at the RSA Tower, and a charter bus for a church group heading to Birmingham — Partybusneworleansla.com can surface options for all three. You compare vehicles, match amenities to your trip, and find what works at the price that fits.
Call 504-552-3110 any day, any time, and a support team is ready to build a custom package around your exact headcount, date, and destination.
Group Transportation Options in Mobile
Partybusneworleansla.com helps you find the right bus for every occasion Mobile throws at you — from airport transfers and Mardi Gras night runs on Dauphin Street to wedding shuttles, prom, sporting events, and corporate shuttles. Whatever's bringing your group together on the Gulf Coast, there's a bus in the network ready for it.

Mobile Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Mobile Regional Airport (MOB) (8400 Airport Blvd, Mobile, AL 36608) is a compact facility, but getting a large group through it — coordinating luggage, pickup timing, and a dozen different ride shares — is its own headache. At MOB, commercial ground transportation and charter buses use the curbside arrivals lane on the lower level. The critical move: have your group coordinator gather everyone with luggage at the designated arrivals curb before calling for the bus to pull up, not while bags are still on the carousel.
This keeps dwell time short at a busy curb and gets your group loaded cleanly.
For groups flying into Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport (BHM) and needing a transfer down to Mobile — about a 2.5-hour run on I-65 South — a charter bus with undercarriage luggage storage handles the bags and keeps everyone together for the whole haul. Call 504-552-3110 to set up your Mobile airport shuttle today.

Mobile Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Dauphin Street is Mobile's nightlife corridor — a stretch of bars, live music venues, and late-night spots running through downtown that any bachelor or bachelorette group will want to hit in a single night. The problem with driving it: metered parking on Dauphin and the surrounding blocks turns over fast on weekend nights, valet lines at the busiest bars back up, and getting everyone back to a hotel at 2 a.m. means either taking one car out of the night entirely or splitting the group across surge-priced rideshares.
A party bus solves the whole logistics equation: the group loads at the hotel, hits The Blind Mule, Hayley's Bar, and The Twisted Fork back-to-back, and rolls back together when the night wraps — no one stranded, no one splitting off early, no surge pricing at last call. A 20- to 30-passenger party bus is the right size for most bachelorette groups, with LED lighting, a bar setup, and Bluetooth sound built in. Call 504-552-3110 now!

Mobile Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Mobile has a strong quinceañera and Sweet 16 tradition, and a party bus arrival is hard to top for that moment. A 15- to 25-passenger party bus in white or black is a popular choice for celebration arrivals at event halls around Mobile and Baldwin County — venues like Battle House Renaissance Mobile Hotel (26 N Royal St, Mobile, AL 36602) for larger formal receptions and event spaces along Cottage Hill Road for family parties. For milestone adult birthdays heading to dinner on Dauphin Street and then out to The Wharf, a Sprinter limo keeps the group together and the entrance sharp.
Whatever the venue, whatever the headcount, Partybusneworleansla.com makes it easy to compare vehicle sizes and pricing in under a minute. Fill out the quick form or call 504-552-3110 to find the right Mobile birthday party bus.

Mobile Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Mobile's biggest outdoor concert venue is Wharf Amphitheater at The Wharf in Orange Beach — a 10,000-capacity outdoor stage about 55 miles south of downtown Mobile on Canal Road. On a sold-out show night, the two-lane approach roads around The Wharf back up well before doors, and parking in the surrounding Wharf surface lots fills fast. A charter bus or party bus drops your group at the venue entrance and stages nearby while you're inside, bypassing the lot scramble entirely.
For shows at Saenger Theatre Mobile (6 S Joachim St, Mobile, AL 36602) in downtown Mobile, street parking on S Joachim and S Jackson is extremely limited on show nights — a minibus drop-off on the Joachim Street curb gets your group to the door without the block-and-a-half walk from a paid garage. Call 504-552-3110 to find a Mobile concert bus rental for your show date.

Mobile Corporate Event Transportation
The Mobile Convention Center (1 S Water St, Mobile, AL 36602) sits right on the Mobile River waterfront and draws large regional conferences year-round. Convention Center parking is available in the connected parking garage off Water Street, but a convention with several hundred attendees fills that structure fast — delegates arriving by individual car spend real time circling or walking from overflow lots along the waterfront. A charter bus running a hotel shuttle loop from downtown properties on Government Street and St. Louis Street keeps your attendees on schedule and keeps the arrival flow at the front entrance clean.
For executive transfers between RSA Tower (100 N Royal St) and Port of Mobile meetings, a Sprinter van or Sprinter limo is the right call — quiet, climate-controlled, and ready for a quick downtown hop without the parking negotiation. Call 504-552-3110 to compare Mobile corporate shuttle options.

Mobile Private Event Transportation Services
Mobile's private event calendar centers on two massive annual anchors that make transportation genuinely difficult for anyone trying to move a group around the city. Mardi Gras in Mobile — the oldest Mardi Gras celebration in the United States, predating New Orleans — draws hundreds of thousands of spectators to parade routes along Government Street, Dauphin Street, and Royal Street each February. Downtown street closures begin hours before parade time, parking inside the closure perimeter disappears, and rideshare demand spikes to multiples of normal pricing as the parades wind down late at night.
The Azalea Trail Festival in late March and the BayFest Music Festival, when it runs, create similar congestion in the downtown core. For any of these — family reunion weekends, church group outings, corporate hospitality events during Mardi Gras week — a charter bus or party bus reserved months in advance is the clean solution. Call 504-552-3110 to discuss a Mobile private event package and lock in your date before the city fills up.

Mobile Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season across Mobile and Baldwin County runs from late April through mid-May — Murphy High School, McGill-Toolen Catholic, UMS-Wright Preparatory, and dozens of other schools all hold proms within the same 5-week window. That compression means demand for party buses across the Mobile metro spikes hard, and the buses that are available book out fast. For prom: lock in your bus by January or earlier.
Waiting until March or April means paying premium pricing — or finding nothing available at all. A group of 20 splitting a weekend party bus running $275–$375/hour comes out to roughly $14–$19 per person per hour, which is a manageable split when the math lands on paper early.
Partybusneworleansla.com makes it easy to compare vehicle types and sizes for your prom group. Check availability now at 504-552-3110 — the sooner you call, the better your options and pricing.

Mobile School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and trip organizers in Mobile have real options when it comes to field trip destinations — and a charter bus makes the logistics manageable without the carpooling math. GulfQuest National Maritime Museum of the Gulf of Mexico (155 Water St, Mobile, AL 36602) sits right on the Mobile River waterfront and is one of the region's top school field trip destinations; charter bus drop-off uses the Water Street approach, with oversized vehicle staging along the waterfront lot nearby. The USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park (2703 Battleship Pkwy, Mobile, AL 36603) off I-90 east of downtown has a large surface parking area that handles charter buses comfortably — one of the few Mobile venues where bus logistics are genuinely straightforward.
For longer educational trips to the Dauphin Island Sea Lab Estuarium on Dauphin Island, a charter bus with onboard restrooms makes the 35-mile run south on Hwy 193 much smoother for a full student group. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network — just mention it when you request your quote at 504-552-3110.

Mobile Sporting Event Transportation
The biggest recurring sports crowd-mover in Mobile is The Senior Bowl at Hancock Whitney Stadium (1621 University Blvd, Mobile, AL 36617) each January — the premier college all-star game draws NFL scouts and thousands of fans, and University Boulevard clogs up well before kickoff. The stadium's surface parking lots fill early on game day, and the pedestrian approaches from overflow areas can be a genuine walk. A charter bus drops your group directly at the stadium approach on University Boulevard and stages in the lot while you're inside, so the postgame exit is already handled when the final whistle blows.
For University of South Alabama Jaguars games at Hancock Whitney Stadium, the same lot-and-approach situation applies. Mobile BayBears baseball fans heading to Hank Aaron Stadium (755 Bolling Bros Blvd, Mobile, AL 36606) will find the ballpark approach off Bolling Brothers Boulevard tight on a full-house night — a minibus handles the approach and parking far better than a convoy of individual cars. Call 504-552-3110 to find a Mobile sporting event bus.

Mobile Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Mobile has a deep wedding venue scene — antebellum estates, waterfront properties, and downtown historic buildings that are stunning for ceremonies but genuinely tricky for large guest groups trying to self-navigate. Bellingrath Gardens and Home (12401 Bellingrath Gardens Rd, Theodore, AL 36582) sits about 20 miles south of downtown Mobile off Theodore Dawes Road, and the two-lane roads leading to the property offer essentially no overflow parking for a 150-person reception. A shuttle circuit running between downtown Mobile hotels and the Bellingrath entrance keeps every guest on the same timeline and takes the parking pressure off completely.
For ceremonies at Battle House Renaissance in the heart of downtown, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo is the classic bridal party vehicle — dropped at the Royal Street entrance without circling the block for parking. Because Partybusneworleansla.com makes it easy to coordinate pickup windows and stage departures up front, your wedding timeline stays intact from the first shuttle run to the final send-off. Call 504-552-3110 to build your Mobile wedding shuttle package.

Mobile Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Baldwin County's wine and brewery scene is worth a dedicated day trip from Mobile, and it has grown significantly in recent years. Perdido Vineyards (22320 Perdido Beach Blvd, Elberta, AL 36530) — Alabama's oldest winery, established in 1972 — sits about 45 miles southeast of Mobile near the Florida line and pairs well with a stop at Fairhope Brewing Company (designated a local staple on the Eastern Shore) before looping back north through Daphne and Spanish Fort. The two-lane county roads connecting these spots are not built for a convoy of cars, and the vineyards themselves have limited formal parking for large groups.
A Mobile winery tour bus rental keeps the whole group on one vehicle from stop to stop — no one designated out of the fun, no splitting into separate cars between tasting rooms, and no navigating unmarked rural roads after dark. A 20- to 30-passenger party bus or minibus handles the distances and the group size cleanly. Call 504-552-3110 to build your custom Gulf Coast tasting itinerary.

How does Partybusneworleansla.com work?

You'll get pricing and vehicle options from companies serving your area so you can compare them side by side. No account required, no obligation, and a support team is available at 504-552-3110 any time to walk you through the options and put together a custom package for your exact trip.
How much does a party bus cost in Mobile?
Mobile party bus rental prices vary with the vehicle size, date, and how long you need it. As a rough planning reference: a 15-passenger party bus runs about $200–$350/hour on weekdays. A 25-passenger party bus runs $250–$375/hour on weekends.
A full charter bus for a large group typically falls in the $200–$350/hour range. Real pricing shifts with demand — Mardi Gras week, prom season, and Senior Bowl weekend all push rates higher. For your exact quote, call 504-552-3110 or fill out the form — pricing in under a minute.
When is the busiest time to book a party bus in Mobile?
Mardi Gras season (late January through Fat Tuesday in February) is Mobile's single highest-demand period for party bus and charter bus rentals. The city runs the oldest Mardi Gras celebration in the country, and the parade schedule spans multiple weekends — availability across the network tightens fast once the krewe calendar drops. The Senior Bowl in late January draws a separate wave of demand.
Prom season (late April–May) is the other major crunch period across Mobile and Baldwin County schools. For any of these dates, booking 3–6 months out is strongly recommended. For off-peak dates, 3–4 weeks of lead time is usually workable, but earlier always means better pricing and vehicle selection.
Do I need to know exactly how many people are coming to get a quote?
No — a rough headcount is enough to get started. If you know you're moving somewhere between 20 and 30 people, the support team at 504-552-3110 can show you options in both the 25-passenger party bus and 30-passenger party bus range so you're not caught short if a few more guests confirm. It's better to size up slightly than to book too small and leave people behind.
Firm up the exact count before final booking, but don't let an uncertain guest list stop you from locking in your date early.
Can I get a charter bus from Mobile to New Orleans for Mardi Gras?
Yes — a charter bus from Mobile to New Orleans is one of the most popular long-distance requests in the network during Mardi Gras season. The run is roughly 2.5 hours on I-10 West, and a 40–56 passenger charter bus with undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms handles the haul cleanly for a large krewe group. New Orleans parking on Mardi Gras weekend is essentially nonexistent near the parade routes — a charter bus that drops your group on the neutral ground and stages nearby is a significant logistical advantage over a caravan of individual cars paying $50+ for remote lots.
Call 504-552-3110 to check availability for your dates well ahead of the season.
Where does a charter bus drop off at Hancock Whitney Stadium for Senior Bowl?
Hancock Whitney Stadium (1621 University Blvd, Mobile, AL 36617) is accessed off University Boulevard, and the stadium surface lots off the main approach handle oversized vehicles. Senior Bowl week brings additional lane controls and parking coordination managed by the University of South Alabama — approach routes and lot assignments can change year to year based on event-specific traffic management. We recommend checking the official USA campus map and transportation page and the Senior Bowl visitor guide for the most current drop-off and staging instructions before game day.
How far in advance should I book a party bus in Mobile?
At least 3–6 months out for any date tied to a major Mobile event — Mardi Gras, the Senior Bowl, Azalea Trail Festival, prom season. For weddings, a 6–12 month lead time is common because venue dates and ceremony timelines get locked in that far ahead. For a typical weekend night out on Dauphin Street or a birthday party with no special-event conflict, 3–4 weeks of lead time is usually workable.
The universal rule: the earlier you call, the more vehicle options you have and the better the pricing. Call 504-552-3110 as soon as your date is set.
Popular Mobile Party Bus Destinations
A Mobile party bus itinerary can span antebellum gardens, downtown waterfront museums, a minor league ballpark, and a Gulf Coast amphitheater — all within an easy drive of each other. Here are six destinations that generate the most group transportation requests in the Mobile area, with the specifics that actually matter for planning your trip.

USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park
USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park (2703 Battleship Pkwy, Mobile, AL 36603) sits on Mobile Bay off I-90 East, about 3 miles from downtown Mobile across the Cochrane–Africatown USA Bridge. The park preserves the WWII battleship USS Alabama, the submarine USS Drum, and a large collection of military aircraft — making it a top destination for school groups, veterans' organizations, and family reunions. The parking lot is large and flat, and charter buses have room to stage comfortably in the oversized vehicle section near the main entrance.
Group admission rates apply; contact the park directly at (251) 433-2703 to confirm group pricing and arrival logistics before your visit. The approach from I-90 Battleship Parkway is straightforward for large vehicles.
Address: 2703 Battleship Pkwy, Mobile, AL 36603 | Phone: (251) 433-2703

GulfQuest National Maritime Museum of the Gulf of Mexico
GulfQuest National Maritime Museum (155 Water St, Mobile, AL 36602) is a hands-on maritime museum right on the Mobile River waterfront in downtown Mobile — one of the newest and most architecturally striking buildings in the city, designed to look like a ship under sail. It draws school groups, corporate event rentals, and family outings. The museum is steps from the Mobile Convention Center on Water Street, and the waterfront lot adjacent to the building handles charter bus staging.
Groups arriving during the same window as a Convention Center event will find Water Street busier than usual — coordinate your arrival time with the museum in advance. Contact GulfQuest at (251) 433-8736 for group visit logistics and the latest vehicle drop-off guidance.
Address: 155 Water St, Mobile, AL 36602 | Phone: (251) 433-8736

Bellingrath Gardens and Home
Bellingrath Gardens and Home (12401 Bellingrath Gardens Rd, Theodore, AL 36582) is a 65-acre estate garden about 20 miles south of downtown Mobile, famous nationally for its azalea displays in spring and its elaborate Christmas light installation from mid-November through early January. The Christmas in Lights event draws tens of thousands of visitors over six weeks — the two-lane Theodore Dawes Road approach backs up significantly on Friday and Saturday evenings during that period, and parking on the property is a managed surface lot that fills well before peak arrival windows. A charter bus or minibus that stages in the oversized lot near the entrance eliminates the approach-road backup for your group entirely.
Group visit reservations go through the gardens' main line, (251) 973-2217.
Address: 12401 Bellingrath Gardens Rd, Theodore, AL 36582 | Phone: (251) 973-2217

Saenger Theatre Mobile
Saenger Theatre Mobile (6 S Joachim St, Mobile, AL 36602) is a beautifully restored 1927 movie palace in the heart of downtown that now hosts touring Broadway productions, concerts, and comedy shows. The theater seats just over 1,900, and show nights on S Joachim Street are busy — on-street metered parking on Joachim and Government turns over fast, and the nearest public garage on St. Joseph Street charges by the hour with no guarantee of availability on a sold-out Friday night. A minibus or party bus drops your group directly on the Joachim Street curb at the theater entrance, stages nearby, and picks everyone up when the show lets out — no post-show parking garage scramble, no one trying to remember where the car is.
Check current show schedules at the official Saenger site before booking.
Address: 6 S Joachim St, Mobile, AL 36602 | Phone: (251) 208-5600

Hank Aaron Stadium
Hank Aaron Stadium (755 Bolling Bros Blvd, Mobile, AL 36606) is the home of the Mobile BayBears and sits just west of downtown near the Mobile waterfront. The ballpark is named for Mobile native Hank Aaron, and it hosts minor league games, concerts, and community events through the spring and summer. Bolling Brothers Boulevard is a two-lane approach that handles normal game-night traffic fine but pinches on a large event night with multiple lots active simultaneously.
The stadium's surface parking is manageable for charter buses, but the Bolling Brothers approach from I-165 narrows in ways that make a large charter bus easier than a convoy of 10 cars looking for adjacent spots. A minibus for groups of 15–30 is the natural fit for a BayBears game night.
Address: 755 Bolling Bros Blvd, Mobile, AL 36606 | Phone: (251) 479-2327

The Wharf Amphitheater
The Wharf (23101 Canal Rd, Orange Beach, AL 36561) is a waterfront entertainment complex on the Intracoastal Waterway in Orange Beach — about 55 miles south of downtown Mobile on Canal Road. The amphitheater on site holds up to 10,000 for outdoor concerts and draws major national touring acts through the spring, summer, and fall. Canal Road (AL-161) is a two-lane corridor that predictably backs up heading into and out of large shows — rideshare pickup after a 10,000-person sellout on Canal Road can mean 45-minute waits or longer.
A charter bus or party bus that drops your group at the venue entrance and stages in The Wharf's large surface lot is a significant upgrade over that scenario. For shows in the summer high season, book your bus 6–8 weeks out. Check the official Wharf events calendar for upcoming shows.
Address: 23101 Canal Rd, Orange Beach, AL 36561 | Phone: (251) 224-1000
